One of the main challenges faced by study programs is the thesis title submission system which is still done manually, thus triggering various problems such as delays, data irregularities, and difficulties in monitoring by supervisors. Through this community service activity, training on the thesis title submission information system (SIPJS) was conducted for students and lecturers in order to introduce and implement digital technology in the academic administration process. This training uses a participatory approach and direct practice so that participants are able to understand and operate the system optimally. The evaluation results show that SIPJS can increase the efficiency of the title submission process and strengthen the transparency of academic communication between students and lecturers.
2025-06-08T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fina Ruzika Zaimar, Hasisa Haruna, Wiwin Riski Windarsari, Nur Alim Bahri, Ahmad Ahmadhttps://www.jeinsa.com/index.php/japmis/article/view/147Strengthening Quantitative Statistical Methodology Competence Through Research Writing Training Activities2025-06-20T03:51:21+00:00Izharul Haq Lamadaichalarsitek@gmail.comFakhruddin Kurnia Mfahruddinkurnia20@gmail.comPuspita Utarip.utari@unipa.ac.idKurniawaniuaniwaniwan@gmail.comAhmad Qadafiahmadqhadafi98@gmail.com
The purpose of this training program on writing quantitative statistical research methods was to improve students' comprehension and proficiency in accurately applying quantitative research methodology. The results showed an increase in understanding of proposal components by 35% (average quiz score rose from 55 to 82), mastery of methodology (78% of participants were more confident), as well as increased motivation (45% to 78%) and successful submission of draft proposals (>70% approved with minor revisions). The flexibility of online learning and the scaffolding approach are key to its effectiveness, although technical challenges such as internet connectivity need to be anticipated. This training proves that technology integration in academic mentoring can be a strategic model for the quality of postgraduate research.
2025-06-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Areski Wahid, Muhammad Basri, Muhammad Arham, Amiruddin Tawe, St. Zulaiha Nurhajarurahmah
